Talent Identification Manual

Talent is a crucial component of the long term sport development plan. This rational has been developed to ensure that a standard protocol is established where by information and details relating to students can be collected and regulated.  Faculty and coaches as part of the Branksome LTSD Program are required to identify students from Grade 3-12 PE lessons and co-curricular athletics. The concepts and recording procedures enclosed should allow for a consistent approach to be adopted throughout Branksome and the development of a clearer picture of student’s strengths and weaknesses; this will allow for the potential differences in playing environments to be catered for.
