2010 -2012                 Ultra-net (Learning Management System) Support Teacher School Wide  
I lead the  Pinehurst Primary School in the implementation of the Ultra net Learning Management System designing the  sport page for parents, staff and students.

2010 -2012                  Year 7-9 CIE English Academy Teacher 
I applied a range of teaching strategies to meet the needs of varying ages and competences within the English CIE Curriculum

2010 -2012                  Assessment For Learning Leading Teacher and Team Mentor 
This responsibility allowed me to guide specific teachers through the Assessment For Learning (AFL) approach.  Through best practice of planning and delivery – providing planning progression, rubric assessment, portfolio samples and observation - other members of staff were able to implement the AFL process effectively.

2008 -2012                 Teacher Coach and Mentor 
I observed and supported teachers and assessed their ability to implement the Assessment For Learning program.  This includes a holistic approach to learning, assessment, co-construction and empowerment between student, curriculum and staff
